Job Summary

Our behavioral health organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee account receivables and collections. We are looking for a behavioral health billing expert, so applicants should have 4-7 years of experience in a medical billing office as well as a bachelor's degree. In this role, you will coordinate our billing and collection activities, maximizing payments and improving our processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate billing and collection activities
Monitor accounts receivables activity
Oversee monthly close processes, including reporting and account balancing
Ensure accurate billing of insurance providers and patients
Document medical billing denials from insurance providers
Evaluate billing processes and procedures
Train new staff members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related healthcare field
4-7 years of experience in medical billing
Supervisory experience a plus
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Computer, analytical, and organizational skills
