Project Manager:

The Project Manager has ownership, responsibility and accountability for multiple projects and contributes to the overall success of all DMB projects. This role owns the efforts of requirement gathering, planning, tracking and overseeing implementation of assigned DMB projects. The Project Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and communicates effectively to keep all team members informed throughout the life of the project

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation of the project plan, project timelines and various other documentations associated with the assigned DMB Project and ensure project activity compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Gather project requirements/deliverables and ensure proper submission guidelines are being followed per client SLAs
  • Coordinate team status/kick-off meetings to ensure all team members are properly informed of all DMB updates and change requests.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to upper management and various stakeholders.
  • prepare and present progress reports.
  • Coordinate with Quality assurance to ensure the project meets organizational quality standards.
  • Use conflict resolution strategies to ensure the Development Team and Quality Assurance can work cohesively.
  • Help to define project scope and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Degree required; Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, Business, or Technology with related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated project management experience
  • Leadership: Inherently compassionate and believe that most people are doing the very best they can. Possesses the ability to inspire and motivate team members in order to achieve a desired goal.
  • Communication: An effective communicator, especially in writing. Grammar and writing skills are top-notch.
  • Documentation: Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Organization: Outstanding organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively; Superior attention to detail
  • Risk Management: Minimizes exposure and risk on project, appropriately raising awareness on at-risk items.
