Title: Call Center Dispatcher

Location: Onsite in Georgetown KY

2 Schedules Available:

Evening: 4 pm to 12 am EST (must be available for rotating Saturdays)

Overnight: 12 am to 8 am EST (must be available for rotating Saturdays)

Pay Range: $18.00/hr. (Possibility of overtime)

Summary:

The Dispatch position will be the first point of contact responsible for assisting in all aspects of the operation.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls regarding various questions involving tracking, trace, and border crossing (Canada and Mexico)
Receive around 50 calls per shift.
Assist lost drivers (typically on new routes)
Manage calls regarding departed drivers.
Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers.

Requirements:

Able to work onsite in Georgetown, KY
Able to work an assigned schedule which will include a rotating Saturday
3 + years of experience in one of the following industries: logistics, transportation, warehouse, or other related field
Previous call center experience
Computer proficient (Able to learn and use call center software).
Experience with border crossing is a plus
High School Diploma or GED
