Retail Team Member

The retail team member role is an intricate entry level position. On a day to day basis the retail team member will show/display the products and services that our clients have to offer to the retail consumer base. We are also here to provide exceptional customer service, we negotiate with clients often so good communication is a must. A lot of our clients are in the electronics industry so knowledge and efficiency with smart devices (ipads, tablets, computers) is imperative. Following procedure, compliance and listening skills are pertinent to this position and the success of a sales representative.. We are seeking a candidate that has proven they have excellent people skills, they are excited to learn and highly motivated. We have a great team culture and very friendly staff so we would want this candidate to contribute towards that.

• Proven sales and or customer service experience
•  Proven ability to meet or exceed goals 
• Competency with multiple sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven
• Competency with technology (ipads, tablets, smart devices)

• Close sales
• Anticipate customers current and future needs
• Build rapport with customers and client base
• Continued education on industry specific advancements (provided by company)
