Job Description

Horsemen's Coffee Company is a seeking a VP or Operations for its proposed 10 location chain throughout the United States to open in fall of 2024. This candidate must have multiple location coffee management (preferably Starbucks or Dunkin) experience with strengths in employee management, food/coffee management, food/coffee inventory management, and will be working directly with owners and VP of Sourcing. This person must be able to travel and will play a vital role in the creation and expansion of the Horsemen's Coffee Co. Brand. Please only apply for this position if qualified. There will be ownership shares included in this position with great incentives for store and product growth and expansion. Horsemen's Coffee will focus on being located near Horse Racing facilities and Equestrian facilities with mobile app and delivery and will provided products and services for Horsemen located at race tracks and equestrian facilities. We're very excited about the opening of Horsemen's Coffee Co. and are looking for someone that shares the same excitement and can bring their multiple years of coffee chain management to the the table.
