Substitute Stage Hand/Technician at LIMITLESS @ The Mirage

Our crew is 10-people strong on a nightly basis, and features live video, props, magic, and more. If you are a driven stage hand who can meet the requirements of a broadcast quality live show, then look no further.

LIMITLESS is seeking a Substitute Stage Hand that is incredibly versatile across on-stage trades on a part-time basis, up to 5 nights per week, 4 hours per night, up to 46 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

- Available to answer calls to fill in for a shift with little/short notice.

- Work to present a professional first-class production as a deck hand, audio technician, or supporting crew member on an as-needed basis;

- Under supervision of the Production Stage Manager, learn and perform technical cues as directed;

- Operate scenic equipment as required;

- Cross-train on other show tracks, ensuring proper coverage in the event of an emergency;

- Maintain the technical standards of the show as set by the Production Stage Manager and Producers;

- Report technical issues as they present themselves, and able to resolve issues with theatrical equipment (lighting, audio, fx, or carpentry) on the fly;

- Ensure that all work is carried out in a professional and safety conscious manner;

- While working, not be under the influence of non-prescribed drugs or alcohol;

- Ability to work all holidays while the show is running as-needed;

- Able to perform assigned tasks, lifting, pulling, and pushing set to specific areas of the stage area consistently, and precisely on cue;

- Perform other reasonable duties as advised by the Production Stage Manager;

- Maintain a valid OSHA 10 card at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a member of the crew in live theater as a stage hand, or within a specific discipline such as carpentry, audio, or other technical role.
• Experience working a dedicated track in a live show, with a history of excellent attendance, job performance, and a willingness to learn.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation is $29.00 - $30.00/hour.
