Final Quality Inspector

Come be part of a growing company that cares about its employees! We're seeking final quality inspectors for a manufacturing company in Bloomington, MN. This position assists in maintaining and improving the quality system to address and monitor quality issues.

Location: Bloomington, MN

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the final quality inspector:

• Perform visual and mechanical inspection of product during the process and completion
• Program an automated coordinate machine (CMM) to perform first article inspections per AS9102 as needed
• Train employees in the procedures and processes of Final Inspection
• Support nonconforming product resolution (MRB, RMA)
• Review and complete customer required documentation (Source inspection, eCerts, PPAP, R&R, cert packs)
• Execute and identify system continuous improvement efforts
• Support ISO9001 and MIL certification processes
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements of the final quality inspector:

• High school diploma or GED 
• Technical school certificate or equivalent related work experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use complex measurement tools
• Ability to work under pressure
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Be ITAR compliant
