Job Description

A well established dental practice in New York City is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. Ideal candidate must be highly organized, have an ability to prioritize tasks effectively, analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports. Essential functions and responsibilities include but not limited to:

--Manage all aspects of financial record keeping: prepare & post journal entries, run trial balance and reconcile general ledger, reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card transactions, manage AP on a daily basis, prepare financial stmts (P&L, Balance sheet) for a monthly reporting to the owners, analyze general ledger accounts and use data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

--Process, analyze Providers' Production and Revenue data, Reconcile Providers' Revenue data from TDO (patients' software) with a bank records and report results on weekly and monthly basis.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME. LOCATION: HYBRID ( REMOTE operation with one day a week on location). BENEFITS: MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, 401(K) PENSION PLAN, PAID SICK, VACATION TIME. SALARY: up to $100,000.00 annual compensation (NEGOTIABLE). EXPERIENCE LEVEL: AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF BOOKKEEPING experience, PLUS QUICK BOOKS & MICROSOFT EXCEL perfect knowledge a must.
