In House Full Cycle Recruiter

About the team:

Virtru is excited to welcome a passionate Recruiter to the team who will be instrumental in continuing to scale all sides of the business. You will work with our Talent & People Manager to own the full-cycle recruiting process, working with hiring managers and interviewers for the full-cycle recruiting process.  We are looking for someone who is motivated by challenging the status quo to ensure candidates have a world-class experience. Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles across the organization
• Refine hiring processes that drive efficiency for our hiring teams
• Maintain a working knowledge of top employers and markets
• Focus on network and relationship-building to help ensure Virtru is hiring the best talent
• Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers
• Act as an advocate for our employer brand
• Use data to quantify Recruiting progress and success

Requirements:

• Experience sourcing difficult to hire candidates
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with hiring managers & senior leadership
• Passion for building a dynamic and diverse team
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Previous staffing experience a plus
