Job Description
- Must be able to lead, guide and at times train a staff of approximately 10 employees.
- Enfource Company rules and policies.
- Previous supervisor experience in a metal fabrication job shop.
- Ability to read and understand job prints and drawings.
- Experience with heavy plate weldments and supports.
- AWS certification and weld quality experience helpful. D1.1
- Solid comunication skills to ensure that the correct priorty and staffing is in place for on time delivery, while meeting quality requirements.
- Fast pace environment.
- Overtime coverage.
- Verifing time cards and employee performance.
