Job Description
PrideStaff on behalf of their client in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. If you have the experience and looking to start right away, please apply today!
The schedule is M-F 8am-5pm or as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance around the building
- Repairing minor plumbing, minor general electric and also carpentry
- Maintaining the building equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
- Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in general maintenance.
- Attention to detail
- Technical understanding
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Must be proactive and have a sense of urgency
- Professionalism is a must
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
