Job Summary:

The Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence team is seeking a sharp, motivated FP&A/BI Manager to assist in the creation, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of business analytics reporting within the organization. The ideal candidate will provide visibility and insight into various facets of the business to support key leaders, driving visibility and KPIs across the organization to improve operational performance, and ultimately, their bottom line.

**This is an onsite role in Sanford, FL. Remote work is not available for this role**

Position Focus:
  • The FP&A Manager’s primary focus includes organizing and leveraging operational and financial data while improving data integrity, analyzing trends, developing new reporting and insights.
  • The FP&A Manager’s secondary focus includes heavy involvement in corporate finance functions, to include, but not limited to deep dives into specific revenue or expense account activity.
  • The FP&A Manager builds PowerPoint summaries, assists in the creation of the annual budgets, works with management to align strategy with our financial positioning, and a variety of ad hoc duties.
  • The FP&A Manager coordinates assignments interdepartmentally, provides consultation, analysis, and problem-solving solutions with department leaders on a monthly and Quarterly basis.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Mine, analyze, interpret, and apply data for business planning, decision making, and recommendations to management.
  • Take ownership of, make improvements to, and manage the distribution of reporting from within FP&A and SBI.
  • Provide insights and reporting for a variety of ad hoc requests from department leaders.
  • Work with the team to source and integrate new information into SBI and assist with validation.
  • Provide executive meeting support including deck prep and data summary.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying business needs, determiners and carries out necessary processes and practices.
  • Monitors progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Adapts to competing demands, and new responsibilities.
  • Collaborates closely with application developers throughout the implementation process to provide necessary guidance during Q&A and early adopters during onboarding.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
  • Research and bring ideas to the table for high impact projects and initiatives, both short-term and long-term.
  • Leads by example and exhibits teamwork while promoting the core values of Strada.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Position requires individual and team interaction across the organization as well as focused individual work as projects progress from research & development to distribution.
  • Position requires a combination of strong people skills and focused individual drive.
  • Strong core skills including strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical proficiency.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and digest information while making complex issues easy for others to understand.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced SQL coding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree Required: Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization software is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Expected work hours are Monday through Friday, in the Sanford, FL office.
  • Travel as needed or required for scheduled meetings or company functions.
  • Some night & weekend work may be required at times.
