Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality to greet clients in person and over the phone. They should be professional and upbeat - the first impression of our business. Ability to multitask, work independently and be a team player a must.

Experience with MS Office needed. Knowledge of Mindbody appointment booking software a plus but not required.

Responsibilities also include maintaining treatment rooms, ordering supplies and overseeing general upkeep of the clinic. Special projects include social media posts, coordinating marketing materials and special event mailing.

This position is located in Winnetka, IL. This position can also be part-time.
