What The Position is About:
- Oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company's two locations (digital, traditional, and non-traditional)
- Oversee the call center, shows and events, and canvassing departments
- Help develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue the company's steady growth goals
- Manage marketing KPIs and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Manage marketing vendors and third party relationships
- Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Marketing & lead generation experience at a $5M+ home services or home improvement company
- Multi-site marketing leadership experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset
