Position Overview: We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for building relationships. Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Customer Service/Client Relations team to manage multiple accounts and handle various requests via email and phone.
Respond to customer inquiries, generate new leases, schedule pickups and services, and coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse managers across our 7 distribution centers in the Southeast.
Solve problems encountered by field teams, utilizing our proprietary database to schedule tasks company-wide.
Collaborate with accounting and logistics departments on invoice questions, truck routing, tracking, inventory, and more.
Oversee quality control of deliveries by working with warehouse managers and delivery teams.
Provide product and service information, resolve product and service problems, and maintain customer accounts.
Attract potential customers through knowledge of products, excellent customer service, and quick response times.
Maintain organized files of current and previous leases, forecast future sales and trends, and prepare reports based on volume, price, location, and customer.

Requirements:

Located in or near Tallahassee, Florida.
Full-time availability Monday-Friday.
Exceptional communication skills and punctuality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong relationship-building, teamwork, typing, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Sales/client relations and customer satisfaction experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, managerial experience, and sales or account management experience are a plus but not required
