Senior Corporate Recruiter
$32.00-$42.00 per hour (DOE)
3–6-month contract
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid Schedules Available!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leads and facilitates the recruitment process, serving as a consultant to hiring managers and business partners
  • Responsible for administering recruiting policies and processes to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for the company
  • Responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process
  • Assisting in recommending HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity, seeking out best practices for evaluation and review
  • Serves as a leader and mentor in the professional development of team members
  • Develops and maintains strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategy and execution by delivering qualified, diverse candidate slates
  • Continuous improvement in the recruiting experience with candidates, new hires, hiring managers, HR partners, and outside recruiters
  • Consistent follow-up with hiring managers to confirm staffing plans are met
  • Utilizes Applicant Tracking System and other required HRIS systems to maintain data integrity of records for all hiring activities and employment decisions
  • Develop and maintain a candidate network through personal networking, research, industry organizations, schools, and social media tools
  • Provide a unique high-touch experience for the candidate through every stage of the hiring process
  • Act as subject matter expert in an area of best practices, TA process, and effective use of technology including ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Calendly, etc.
  • Adhere to policy and data integrity guidelines
Who we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or human resources
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in recruiting
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create future pipelines of talent
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates through creative channels including, but not limited to networking, social networking, internet mining, university relations, etc.
  • Experience using value-added metrics and reporting systems to measure results and set service-level agreements with clients
  • Five years of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, or related HR Systems; understanding capability and enabling functionality
  • Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
