Responsibilities

• Work with clients and technicians to supply estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Assist in keeping a clean and organized inventory.
• Answer phone and assist clients in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize processes.
• Continuously develop product and parts knowledge with ongoing training.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
• Ensure parts are received in a timely manner and are accurate.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Tekion experience is a plus!
• Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
