Job Description
Service Admin
Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- Associate degree in Office System Management (preferred but not required)
- Accounting experience (Receivables and purchasing orders)
- US work Authorization (Required)
- Two years in Office Administration experience or similar experience
- Strong software skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
- Bilingual (Preferred, but no required)
Essential Functions
- Courteous, customer service-oriented attitude
- Review emails and respond according with the priorities
- Submit and process claims through different extended warranty companies
- Collect, process and post payments.
- Post and monitor Fleet Management companies
- Review every repair order, analysis and closed according with each account
- Process purchase orders for our vendors
- Work with accounting and vendors schedules
- Maintain customers files
- Answer service calls and decide on appropriate solutions
- Maintain our Office supplies including, but not limited to extended to other departments
- Maintain our coffee stations with enough inventory for our dealership
