Job Description

Service Admin

Qualifications

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Associate degree in Office System Management (preferred but not required)
  • Accounting experience (Receivables and purchasing orders)
  • US work Authorization (Required)
  • Two years in Office Administration experience or similar experience
  • Strong software skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
  • Bilingual (Preferred, but no required) 

Essential Functions 

  • Courteous, customer service-oriented attitude
  • Review emails and respond according with the priorities
  • Submit and process claims through different extended warranty companies
  • Collect, process and post payments. 
  • Post and monitor Fleet Management companies 
  • Review every repair order, analysis and closed according with each account 
  • Process purchase orders for our vendors
  • Work with accounting and vendors schedules
  • Maintain customers files
  • Answer service calls and decide on appropriate solutions 
  • Maintain our Office supplies including, but not limited to extended to other departments
  • Maintain our coffee stations with enough inventory for our dealership
