Real Estate Listing Coordinator/Property Manager

Seeking EXPERIENCED Listing Coordinator

The right applicant will be in complete charge of managing a proven system of listing Real Estate Properties so as to maximize the outcome for a seller, not only from a financial sense, but also in a high quality customer service experience. This job begins with the receipt of the signed LISTING AGREEMENT and transitions quickly from info gathering to input of actual listing into the various MLS systems. From there we have the marketing and implementation of the overall plan of action. Various other aspects include SEO, property management, oversight of home remodeling projects and more!

$45,000++ Annually potentially with Benefits and Bonus'

• Assimilating ALL paperwork related to listing a property
• Input of Listings in the various MLS systems
• All Marketing of all properties
• Photography, Social Media, signs, and lock box management
• Ongoing liaison to all clients
• Client experience manager
• Property management
• Graphic design

• Experience in the aforementioned description and duties, the more the better
• Organization is a MUST HAVE
• Experience with photography and most obvious editing software
• Strong work ethic and a thick skin are must haves
• A desire to be part of something BIG
• Compensation depends on experience and abilities
