Job Description

We are seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent - Hospitality to join our quickly-growing team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, management of subcontractor activities on site, and implementation of overall project execution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Positive attitude and professional communication skills
Familiarity with construction management software
Ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural and interior design plans
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
