Job Description

Title: Client Care Coordinator
Status: Full Time – Exempt
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week combined over 7 days and variable times.

Salary: Negotiable based upon experience.
Benefits: CHC does not currently offer insurance or retirement benefits, but we do offer a company cell phone and flexible time off.

Location: Remote (must reside in Kentucky)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CHC Home Inspection, a leader in the home inspection industry has experienced
another year of record growth and is looking to add a full-time client care
coordinator to the team. As the most reviewed and highest rated home
inspection company in Central and South-Central Kentucky we are looking for a
client care coordinator that brings the same premium customer service
experience to the office as our inspectors bring to the field.
The Client Care Coordinator will be the first contact our clients and potential
clients with CHC Home Inspection and must be professional, friendly, courteous,
and efficient. The Client Care Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating
all aspects of the client’s home inspections needs. This is a flexible, work from
anywhere position with nontraditional hours. The full work week will be spread
out over the course of 7 days and will include weekend and evening availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  •  Answering all incoming calls and texts to the primary CHC business line.
  • Must be available weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Provide clients and real estate agents with details/information concerning all CHC services.
  • Receive and pass along messages for other CHC team members from clients and agents.
  • Schedule home inspections, septic inspections, sewer scopes, radon tests, and termite inspections for clients using our inspection and scheduling software.
  • Coordinate services/inspections with subcontractors (termite inspections, pool inspections, chimney inspections).
  • Manages schedule and logistics for home inspectors and radon technician.
  • Submit requests to listing agents to ensure access to the property.
  • Upload necessary documents to client’s inspection portal.
  • Respond to email and online inquiries.
  • Receive client concerns and complaints.
  • Make sales calls to real estate agents.
  • Order business supplies and marketing materials for the company.
  • Assist CHC team members with any issues or needs they may have.
  • Some travel may be required for trainings, meetings, and marketing events.
  • Manage social media.
  • Other duties as assigned.
