Job Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at SWCORP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of the company by managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients within the bath product industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices for bath products.
- Ensure invoices comply with company policies and client agreements.
Payment Processing:
- Receive and process incoming payments for medical walk-in tubs, steam bath generators, whirlpool bathtubs, and fashion fixtures.
- Reconcile payments received with invoices to maintain accurate records.
Collections:
- Monitor overdue accounts within the bath product industry and initiate collection efforts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate timely payments.
Recordkeeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to bath product accounts receivable.
- Generate regular reports for management to track receivables performance.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in the bath product industry regarding billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Charge backs, returns, product disputes, reimbursement, exchanges
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
