Business Analyst - Austin, TX REMOTE/ONSITE - 53327

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Business Analyst to work in Austin, TX on Hybrid basis.

It's mostly remote but they would like people that are local so that they can come in for meetings if needed.

Looking for an experienced Business Analyst familiar with the BABOK methodology to help with IT Project intake activities. This includes developing as-is swim lane diagrams, functional requirements, use cases, and GAP Analysis documents, RFI (Request for Information) and building a Business Case.

Years Skills/Experience

4-7 Experience using Business Analysis Methodologies to support business technology advancement

4-7 Experience Gathering Business Requirements and mapping processes for technology systems

4-7 Flow chart experience with MS Visio, demonstrating current and future state

4-7 Technical writing experience compiling formal business documentation around a regulated industry

4-7 Experience with MS Excel Data Analysis

2-4 Experience working at an Electric Utility or other municipality
