Skilled Tradesperson

Primary Purpose:

We are seeking a Skilled Tradesperson to perform a wide range of duties, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in one of the following trades: HVAC, facility maintenance, welding, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, waterproofing, or related trades. Additionally, they should demonstrate proficiency in various tasks within their field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc. according to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and specifications of projects.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, and structures as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge in the field through training and professional development opportunities.
