TEMPORARY FIELD MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Temporary Field Merchandising Specialist to join our innovative and fast-growing Front Row Team. This Role will be based within 50 miles of Edina, MN and will require planned travel with company vehicle.
As a Temporary Field Merchandising Specialist, you play a critical role on our Operations team. In this Role, you are responsible for working with our major Retail partners facilitating employee and customer trainings, executing new store planogram sets and current store resets, weekly merchandising updates and providing best in class customer service across the board.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with assigned Retail locations, updating planograms, completing projects and servicing Vendor lines we represent.
- Communicate, collaborate, and build strong working relationships with managers and employees in assigned locations, providing best in class customer service, troubleshooting issues, communicating projects and progress.
- Prepare and facilitate store employee product knowledge training seminars, store sales promotions, department meetings in-store demos and contractor events.
- Partner with the Field Operations Team to coordinate, plan and execute major store resets and grand openings.
- Engage customers, answering questions and acting as a subject matter expert on the brands and products we represent.
- Complete projects updates with a high level of accuracy and detail and report on store visits using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with fellow Field Implementations Specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices to help the team grow.
- All other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and collaboratively with Teams, Vendors and Leadership.
- High level organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Best in class Customer Service with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient with (or the ability to become quickly proficient with) Microsoft Office Suite and a range of generalized/specialized software used in the industry and company.
