Warehouse Operations Assistant

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll wear many hats, including:

• Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances, conducting regular checks, inbounding, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper organization of the warehouse space.

• Communication Hub: You'll liaise with vendors, internal operations teams at HQ (including customer support), to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.

• Customer Service Champion: You'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone during business hours.

• Warehouse Operations: When not assisting with customer service, you'll focus on core warehouse duties like picking and packing orders to fulfill customer requests.

Target Pay Range: $19-21 / Hour depending on experience
