Title: Associate Consultant (Splunk)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Proficient in Splunk Dashboard skills
• Familiar with Splunk Monitoring & Deployment tools and Splunk Standards
• Proficient in parsing, indexing, searching concepts
• Develop & maintain support documentation & SOPs
• Experienced in Bash, Python & other scripting language
• OS: Windows & Linux
• Setup Splunk Forwarders
• Work with existing Team & Understand current Splunk Landscape
• Integrated New & Existing DC Alerts to existing Monitoring UI Platform Proficient in SSRS, SQL Agent Jobs
• Strong DB Skills
• Strong in requirement gathering Proficient in Planning, Deliveries & Offshore team management
• Have experience in Jira & Any Test Management tools

Roles and responsibilities: -

• Create dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualize and monitor data.
• Integrate Splunk with external systems and data sources using APIs and SDKs.
• Experience with Splunk Monitoring & Deployment tools and Splunk Standards.
• Setting up Splunk forwarders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design effective solutions.
• Proficient in parsing, indexing, searching concepts.
• Analyse and interpret Splunk data to derive actionable insights.
• Create ad-hoc queries and reports to support business operations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within Splunk data sets.
• Develop & maintain support documentation & SOPs.
• Experienced in Bash, Python & other scripting languages.
• OS experience - Windows & Linux.
• Work with existing Team & Understand current Splunk Landscape.
• Integrate New & Existing DC Alerts to existing Monitoring UI Platform [Sentinel].
• Experience in understanding Sentinel.
• Good amount of experience in requirement gathering.
• Proficient in Planning, Deliveries & Offshore team management.
• Proficient in SQL Server Reporting Services [SSRS], SQL Agent Jobs and Strong DB Skills
