The Maintenance Technician will bring their technical skills to the forefront in our cannabis cultivation facility. This role is perfect for someone who loves to get their hands dirty, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our facility in top shape. Every day, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, from basic installations and inspections to troubleshooting minor issues involving electrical systems, plumbing, and structural repairs. You’ll follow daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to keep on top of routine upkeep and ensure all our machines and equipment perform flawlessly. Not just sticking to the internals, you'll also handle custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of both the interiors and exteriors of our building. Collaborating closely with the Maintenance Manager, you'll also help manage outside contractors, ensuring all facility and equipment services are executed to our standards. Documentation is key, so you’ll maintain meticulous records of all maintenance procedures, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity.

You're a great fit if you

Are at least 21 years of age or older.
Have at least one year of experience in maintenance within a production environment.
Possess a solid grasp of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, with intermediate skills in mechanical equipment repair.
Are proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team, offering support and learning from others.
Are comfortable working in various physical conditions and can handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and maneuvering in tight spaces.
