Retail Sales Associate - Running Store

Locally owned independent running store located in Bee Cave, TX looking for a sales associate to work the sales floor, provide top notch customer service, and help support customers with finding the right product for their running and fitness needs.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals
-Learn how to measure gait analysis and diagnose basic orthotic needs
-Use digital foot scanning technology to help determine footwear fit and support

Qualifications:
-Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
-Must have a willingness to learn and serve the needs of our customers
-Positive energy
