Job Description

We are looking for a handy person with HVAC experience to join our property management team. The ideal candidate is well versed in most of the following areas;

HVAC
minor electric
minor plumbing
appliance repair
drywall patching
painting
leaving a clean work space when finished
attention to detail
friendly, and doesn't mind chatting with tenants
natural problem solver
