Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences? Are you motivated and coachable? We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our restaurant within a newly opened upscale flagship family entertainment center.

Located in Red Oak, TX, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests.

The Role:
As our Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume kitchen, handling sales revenue exceeding $3 million, and coordinating private events. While our main menu has been established, there is ample opportunity for you to showcase your creativity and contribute to future seasonal menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and team supervision.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute seasonal menu changes and special offerings.
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal ingredient quality and cost efficiency.
  • Plan and execute private events, including menu planning, staffing, and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate kitchen management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Proven track record of managing over $3 million in sales revenue.
  • Ability to lead and train others
  • P&L management
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
  • Experience in developing and executing menus for private events.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
