Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies through multiple channels for our multiple locations. This includes managing and analyzing campaigns, managing social media presence, and providing marketing support for our veterinary urgent care locations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to achieve our marketing objectives. This is a remote position and requires an individual that is effective at managing deadlines, their time, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a central marketing plan that includes multi-channel marketing campaigns, marketing tactics, and content planning.
• Help ideate and prioritize marketing strategies focused on audience education and creating a positive experience for all who interact with our brand, our medical and non-medical team, and locations.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources across various channels.
• Manage strategic planning, content creation, and implementation for multiple social media platforms.
• Support the marketing needs for locations including events, conferences, and new location openings.
• Leverage multiple sources of data to regularly provide updates towards actionable insights around marketing campaign performance analysis.
• Utilize data insights, market research, and market observations to identify opportunities within urgent care and the veterinary industry to drive thoughtful discussions to test, learn, and grow.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with location support staff and peers.
• Be a key contributor towards cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• Keep up to date with marketing trends and best practices and communicate what is needed to help pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

  
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related area of study.
• 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience managing and creating content for social media channels.
• Good understanding of key marketing tactics and analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including copywriting and grammar skills.
• Experience facilitating multiple projects and communicating with multiple location teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently or with a team, and problem solve.
• Passion for animal welfare and veterinary medicine is a plus.
• Occasional travel.
