Entry Level Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet collection goals to allow for customer advancement
- Seek long term resolution with customers
- Interact with customers over the phone
- Answer & make phone calls
Hours For Entry Level Collections Representative:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a day off during the week
- Shifts are 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8
- Saturday shifts are 9-6
Entry Level Collections Representative Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- Willing to learn & cross train
- Some Collections experience great, but not required
- Able to work some flexible hours including Saturdays
Entry Level Collections Representative Experience That Works Well:
- Sub-prime collections (RTO, Title Loan, Payday Loan, Cash Advance)
- Automotive collections
- Customer Service
- Call center
- First party collections (student loan, credit card, etc.)
- Customer retention
- Related collections or customer retention
