Job Description:

Epistoflow, a premier fitness facility committed to promoting health and wellness, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Agent to join our team in Miami, Florida. The Social Media Agent will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our presence on various social media platforms to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive member engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for Epistoflow's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Create a content calendar outlining weekly or monthly social media posts, campaigns, and promotions to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

• Community Engagement and Interaction:

  • Monitor and actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster meaningful connections with followers, members, and influencers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.

• Social Media Advertising and Promotion:

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or memberships.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, engagement, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Influencer Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, fitness enthusiasts, and local personalities to collaborate on social media campaigns, content creation, and promotions.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content guidelines.

• Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
