Dispatcher for Painting Contractor

Field Coordinator’s responsibility is to support our (2) Superintendents with:

• Scheduling field employees daily, often multiple different jobs daily
• Directly coordinate with field employees with daily tasks/issues
• Booking hotel rooms for out of town jobs
• Assist with ordering of paint and supplies
• Use on-line portals to coordinate lifts and other equipment.
• Deliver supplies to jobsites if needed.
• Organize schedule with production team
• Monitor and manage timecards via timecard app.
• Verify time sheets.
• Other tasks as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory of perishables.

This position requires:

• Competent with computer, phones, texting, e-mail, copier and office technology
• Detail oriented
• Organized individual
• Possess a sense of urgency
• Works well under pressure
• Experience / knowledge of construction process and skilled trades operations helpful
• Drug free, reliable and honest
