Regulated Funds, Analyst

About the Role

Yieldstreet is seeking an Analyst with an operations background to join our Regulated Funds Team. This role will focus on a wide array of oversight and execution tasks related to the management of Yieldstreet's regulated funds. You will collaborate closely with senior and junior cross-functional team members and external partners to ensure the continuity, accuracy, and efficiency of the day-to-day operations and communication of events within our regulated funds. This role will report directly to the Fund's Controller.

What you'll do

1. Communicate trade activities to our fund administrator.
2. Handle queries and issues related to trade settlements and discrepancies.
3. Assist in the communication of post-close events within the fund's investments.
4. Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions.
5. Review and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions.
6. Coordinate the tender offer process.
7. Coordinate the quarterly dividend process.
8. Assist with tax reporting for investors (1099).
9. Manage production calendar for filings of the Fund.

What you'll need

1. Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
2. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
3. Understanding of private equity and private credit principles and terminology.
4. 2-3+ years of experience working with regulated funds in an operational or administrative capacity.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
6. Analytical and curious mindset, capable of understanding the details of all requests on your desk and asking the right questions to evaluate priority.
7. Ability to work at the pace of a venture-backed, hyper-growth organization, where you'll need to think and act strategically and independently, all while delivering high-quality work output.

Compensation:

• HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 + (Actual salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Compensation package also includes generous, bonus, benefits and equity.
