Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Analyst to join our team. As an ML Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ongoing and in-development client projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging problems and to collaborate with a talented team of engineers, physicists, and statisticians.

Responsibilities:

• Apply machine learning algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning, to engineering applications (engineering concepts will be taught on the job).

• Provide specialist support on a diverse portfolio of client projects, ranging from purely R&D focused to applying ML algorithms in a practical way for applications in engineering.

• Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Must have U.S. citizenship.

• Master's, Ph.D., or comparable experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proven track record of conducting research.

  • Publishing in reputable conferences or journals is preferred, but not required.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Some travel is required.

• Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for prolonged periods.

• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods.

• Ability to traverse company facilities.
