Job Description
We are searching for a skilled Auto Body Buffer to join our team. In this position, you will be buffing and polishing vehicles. While most of your duties revolve around the automobile body itself, our ideal candidate needs to have some experience working with all the systems in a vehicle. We prefer you have experience in automotive technology. You need good manual dexterity and physical stamina for this job.
Auto Body Buffer Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform buffing and polishing of vehicles to restore and maintain a high-quality finish
- Utilize appropriate tools and compounds effectively
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared before applying finishing materials
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and correct as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Auto Body Buffer Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate; certificate or associate degree in automotive technology preferred
- Physical stamina
