Intake Specialist
Hours: M-F, 8:30-5
Pay: 17.87
Location: Near DT Cleveland (paid parking)
Length: 2-3 months
Extra: Bilingual a plus!
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is excited to partner with our not-for-profit client to assist them in finding an intake specialist. In this role, you work with a diverse population, identify career opportunities for clients, and build relationships!

What You Will Do:
-Identifies and implements appropriate promotional and recruitment plans that effectively increases job seeker enrollment.
-Maintains visibility within the community program through events, meetings, and recruitment initiatives.
-Screen, interview, complete intake process and verify applicants’ eligibility requirements for the corresponding program.
-Assist clients for a smooth transition into programs, connecting them with a dedicated care team.
-Apply evaluations, tests or any general assessment to program applicants, as applicable.
-Calls and mails letters to potential job seekers for pre-engagement activities.
-Actively working towards accomplishing and meeting program goals as outlined within contracts.
What You Will Need:
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years relevant exposure to or experience with clients experiencing challenges in finding employment.
