Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, assisting to oversee their work, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Pay: $15/hour

Average Schedule: 5pm - 1am

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
Conduct deep cleaning of commercial spaces, including but not limited to offices, banks, medical environments, and industrial facilities
Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards and protocols
Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members
Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding cleaning schedules, issues, and concerns
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as needed
Uphold safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively train and motivate team members
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management are a plus
