The Warehouse Supervisor's role involves organizing, coordinating, and evaluating operations in a warehouse setting. They assess standard operating procedures in the facility, align with customer business timetables, create daily schedules, and gauge performance against these schedules.

Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary:

• Work just 15 days per month!
• Day Shift and Night Shift ABCD Schedule
• 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am
• Wk 1 - work Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri
• Wk 2 - work Tue, Wed, Sun
• $70,000-$72,000/annually

Warehouse Supervisor Duties:

• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Coordinate daily cycle counts
• Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed
• Load and unload trucks when necessary
• Check in and breakdown import freight when needed
• Maintain safe working environment
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve issues

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required
• Able to operate a variety of equipment such as a sit-down forklift, cherry picker, stand-up reach truck, etc.
• Previous related supervisory experience
