We are seeking a Recruiter For Staffing Agency to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Makes cold calls for potential clients and candidates
- Browses through multiple resumes
- Establishes working relationships with applicants'
- Coordinates with client firms to understand specific job positions and requirements
- Generates leads to potential employees
- Conducts interviews
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
