Spectrum Financial Alliance - Director of Business Development

Spectrum Financial Alliance is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team!

SFA is a fast-growing 100% RIA with no commission business that desires an experienced individual to help us focus on new business development via firm acquisitions and new individual client onboarding. While our growth rate is high for the industry, we believe our enduring quest for investment return excellence and our superb client service could garner even higher growth rates with the appropriate individual leading the effort. The right individual will be compensated well and, if they bring a book of business (to be purchased) with them, will be compensated for that as well. The right individual will have equity participation.

The published pay range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000, not including book compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business networking, and development
• Manage and implement business growth plan
• Establish goals and metrics to measure asset gathering productivity, oversee asset gathering for all staff, track real asset gains and referral sources, and work with the Director of Marketing to track and report real asset gains
• Lead and manage firm acquisitions, business consultations in investment related areas like taxes, insurance, real estate, etc
• Assist clients in creating comprehensive long-term financial plans.
• Conduct annual review meetings with clients
• Assist with profiling prospective clients
• Present investment plans to clients
• Analyze client financial information, discuss goals, and provide qualified financial guidance
• Help resolve client questions or concerns

Qualifications:

• CFP® or CFA® designation preferred
• Health and Life license preferred
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
• Strong work ethic & personal integrity
