Job Description

The Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating is responsible for leading the preconstruction and estimating team for substation and battery storage (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead the preconstruction and estimating team for substation and BESS projects
Develop and manage project budgets
Create and manage project schedules
Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors
Manage the risk associated with project execution
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in the preconstruction and estimating of substation and BESS projects
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
