Museum Greeter

We are seeking a Museum Greeter to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience working in a museum or customer service position
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience, education, or training in at least 4 of the following 9 categories: Visitor Services, Complaint Resolution, Timed ticketing systems, Group reservation management, Disability accommodations and ADA Compliance, Museum programming, Visitor surveys, Training development, Event management or protocol.
• Have a valid driver's license.
