This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base pay ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per year for experienced and licensed individuals. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.

• An active Florida Insurance 220 or 440 License is required.
• Candidate must have 1+ years in the insurance industry and Applied Epic experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese is also a plus.
• Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
