Sr Financial Analyst – Cash Management
Reports To: Director, Finance, Mfg Ops
Location: Austin, Texas
Business Unit: Finance Surgical Business Unit
Job Overview:
Based in our Austin, Texas Surgical location, this position offers a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote, with no flexibility for full remote work). Reporting to the Director of Finance, Mfg Ops, within the Finance Surgical Business Unit, the Sr Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in executing capex and inventory planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is cash management, particularly on the manufacturing side. The candidate will assess cash flow, with a specific emphasis on inventory management. This responsibility, currently handled by Kristina, will transition to the incoming Sr Financial Analyst, allowing Kristina to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Key Expectations:
- Proactive approach to necessary changes
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives
- 3-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling
- Familiarity with EPM or other data warehouse systems
- Understanding of cash flow processes, inventory turns, and expertise in managing balance sheets and P&L
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with various stakeholders
