Senior Technical Recruiter
Hamdan Resources is a Veteran Owned Business. We are a full-service staffing agency that focuses on providing Contract-to-Hire, Project Based, Direct Hire, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) to our clients Nationwide. We specialize in placing professionals in the Technology/Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Recruiting/HR/Administrative fields, using top recruiting resources.

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Contractor to full-time Senior Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

Full life-cycle recruiting for all positions utilizing our internal ATS.
Determine clear job requirements and time-to-fill goals with hiring managers.
Source for future job openings; create and manage adequate candidate pipelines.
Network proactively.
Attend job fairs and other relevant networking events to source for candidates.
Drive applicant traffic by listing job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Screen applicants and perform technical phone screens and/or interviews for those who meet minimum job qualifications.
Present candidates to hiring managers for review and note feedback on fit.
Coordinate the interview process for applicants, arranging for travel and lodging when applicable.
Implement and manage a college internship program.
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems.
Partner with HR Manager to keep job descriptions up-to-date.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and prior success delivering talent pipelines for technology groups.
3-4 years of technical recruiting experience- Must also include finding and placing cleared talent, from Secret to TS/SCI w/ FS Poly clearances.
Must have at least 2 years of experience working directly for a Staffing Firm
Must be well versed in diverse sourcing techniques to find talent.
Vendor management experience required.
