5+ years of experience in business analysis experience required.
3+ years working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience on Salesforce-related projects as a Business Analyst required.
Strong understanding of Agile processes and methodologies required.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Self-starter with a strong ability to use initiative and work autonomously or as part of a team on multiple efforts.
