Far Shot Providence is a bar and recreational venue featuring Axe and Knife Throwing. We aim to provide urban games with small-town hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take the initiative to grow our Food and Drinks offering
• Experiment with new products: able to plan, implement, and evaluate the success of new products
• Maintain BOH inventory and equipment
• Manager a team of coaches
• Scheduling, hiring, and training new staff
• Be a bartender as needed
• Be a coach/host for customers
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service
• Must be able to use a drill and lift 10lbs
• Be able to make food as needed
• Maintain the Kitchen cleanliness
• Tech-savvy to work all the POS, systems, games, reporting, etc.
• Repairs to the facility as needed
• Improving the facility as needed - general light construction / moving furniture
• Work with / report to owners
• Positive attitude and energy
• Ensures a clean facility
• Is fully knowledgeable of products, games, and activities.
• Learn and develop a coach's eye for our urban games: Archery, Axe and Knife Throwing
• Prioritize safety as number 1. Ensures all staff and guests are safe by strictly adhering to safety protocols and practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Minimum 2-4 years of Restaurant Management experience;
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Willingness to learn!
• Able to do basic mental math.
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be able to work at least every other Saturday
• Flexible work week between 30-40 hours
• Base + Tips

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
